NEW DATES!
Friday 19 April – Sunday 21 April
12:00-16:00
Book Swap! Everyone should have access to affordable reading, and many in our community have books they no longer need and can pass on to share with others.
Money is no requirement to participate or access any part of the book swap. Pop in and choose a book. Or if you have books to swap, then bring them along. For those who are able to give back to the space with a financial contribution, suggested donations will help to facilitate this event and empower future community events of this sort.
Organised by Silent Book Club Folkestone.
Silent Book Club is a global community of readers and introverts, with more than 500 chapters in 50 countries around the world led by local volunteers. The Folkestone Chapter aims to promote community and connect readers locally.
The events taking place at Fourth Wall in April link with the What Cost Folks? community research project which focuses on mental wellbeing and the cost-of-living-crisis. A series of things that can help our wonderful local community to support each other.
