Monthly exhibition and event hire is subject to a successful proposal as it will form part of the FWF programming. It can include exhibitions or open studio setups. The space must be open during our core hours 12-4 Fri – Sun, but you are welcome to open more than these hours/days.

Included:

• Half the space (gallery side)
• Some FWF marketing (a page on our website, a mention in our e-newsletter, a post on our Instagram)

Not Included:

• Invigilation / Staffing (can be provided at an additional cost if requested)

Rates:

We offer a sliding scale payment structure based on honesty and trust. You can decide which category you fall into, no questions asked.

• Concession Rate: £800 month
• Cover Our Costs Rate: £1600 month
• Funded / Support Others Rate: £2000 month
• Low / No Income: 60 hour skills swap month (role & dates flexible)
