Pop along for a cuppa and a catch up with the What Cost Folks team as they take part in The Samaritans “Brew Monday” initiative.

The Samaritans reminded us that there’s no such thing as “Blue Monday” (referred to as the most difficult day of the year). Instead, they are encouraging people to join in “Brew Monday” and ‘start a conversation over a brew!’

Brew Monday at Fourth Wall Folkestone has been supported in kind by Coop who are providing us with hot drinks and snacks for the event.

Please note: The Samaritans are not religious. The link between their name and any religious text is completely coincidental.

People contact them with all sorts of concerns and what might be a small issue to you may be huge to someone else.

If you’ve been going through something new or have been struggling to cope for some time, either way, the Samaritans are there if you feel you need some extra support.
